Your Questions Answered

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pre-book my Wellington airport transfer?
Yes. To guarantee our premium standard of service and strict punctuality, we operate exclusively on a pre-booked basis. We recommend booking your taxi to or from Wellington Airport at least 12 hours in advance.
How much is a taxi from Wellington Airport to the CBD?
We offer a flat, fixed rate of $45 for trips between Wellington Airport and the Wellington CBD. Unlike rideshare apps, our fixed-price policy means you will never face surge pricing, even during rush hour or bad weather.
Do you provide taxi services to the Kapiti Coast or Lower Hutt?
Absolutely. We provide reliable intercity cab services across the wider region, including Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Porirua, and the Kapiti Coast. Check our rates section for fixed prices to these specific destinations.
What happens if my flight into WLG is delayed?
Our dispatch team actively monitors all incoming flight times. If your flight into Wellington is delayed, we will automatically adjust your chauffeur's arrival time so they are waiting for you when you actually land, at no extra cost.
